judge claude frollo is a name to be feared in paris, france. as the minister for justice, he uses and abuses the law to his own ends, carrying out vicious attacks against the gypsy people in a genocidal rage - or at least, that was before his decreasing sanity began to rapidly slip away from him. things have since changed for frollo. he now shares his home and heart with mother gothel, and has valiantly proposed to save her the shame of bearing a child out of wedlock, even if it is the lord's son come again. or rather, that's what frollo believes since he took an amnesiac to wipe the night they spent together from his mind. frollo now lives with his fiancé, and frequently makes trips to the bell tower of notre dame to visit his "son" and his guest, rapunzel. since the girl's tears can heal and de-age, and there seems to be quite a lot of tears coming from her, frollo has reverted back to his youthful looks, much like gothel - unfortunately, the magical changes have helped unhinge his mind and now he is truly on the warpath. he's determined to eradicate the gypsy race in the name of the lord, regardless of his own sins, and there are many. his delusions of purity are just part of the madness that is beginning to become evident - and only the lord can help those who get in his way.
